These summaries form the working basis of every commission. The verified quotation records the final product specification, payment schedule and delivery arrangement.
Worldwide, with the route agreed first
Shipping and insurance are paid by the client. You may nominate a trusted freight forwarder, or we will send our forwarder’s written quotation for approval.

The forwarder’s quote will state whether duties and import taxes are included. Any amount not expressly included is the client’s responsibility.

We do not sell ready stock. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except where our finished piece differs from the approved CAD or written specification.

There is no set lifetime limit on resize requests. Each request is subject to technical feasibility; the client pays the resizing fee and round-trip shipping.
Resizing & care ↗Inspection, repair and cleaning support
Stone loss attributable to ordinary daily wear is covered by the seller. Other damage, services and all round-trip shipping are paid by the client after assessment.

The 30% deposit starts the approved custom order. The 70% balance is paid after you approve the final QC video and before dispatch. Seller error qualifies for correction or refund.

Where an IGI or GIA grading report is included in the quote, its report number can be checked on the issuing laboratory’s official website. Report availability is confirmed per stone before deposit.

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?＋
Yes. They are diamonds grown in a laboratory rather than mined. Their laboratory-grown origin is disclosed in our quotation and any applicable grading report.
Do you provide IGI or GIA reports?＋
IGI and GIA report options depend on the selected stone. We confirm availability in the verified quote, and report numbers can be checked on the issuing laboratory’s official website.
Is the jewelry solid 18K gold or plated?＋
Our pieces are made in solid 18K gold, not gold plated. White, yellow and rose gold options are confirmed before production.
Can a custom ring be resized?＋
Usually, subject to the design and stone setting. There is no fixed limit on requests, but each resize is assessed for feasibility and the client pays the fee and round-trip shipping.
Are custom orders returnable?＋
No. Every piece is made to order and is final sale. If we make the piece incorrectly against the approved CAD or written specification, we will correct it or provide the applicable refund.
Who pays shipping, insurance, duties and taxes?＋
The client pays shipping and insurance. Duties and import taxes are also the client’s responsibility unless the freight forwarder’s written quote expressly includes them.
Can I see the exact stone and QC video?＋
The quote identifies the selected stone specification and available report. A finished-piece QC video is provided for approval before the 70% balance and dispatch.
