Information you provide
A consultation may include the product, intended purpose, preferred diamond shape, budget, gold colour, size, delivery country and desired date. If an order proceeds, we also use the contact, billing, delivery and approval information needed to produce and deliver it.
How the form works
The short consultation form on this site prepares a message and opens WhatsApp on the client’s device. No payment is taken through the form. WhatsApp, email, Instagram and Telegram process messages under their own privacy terms.
Attribution data
Buttons on this site carry the relevant product and public product code. Campaign parameters such as source, medium and campaign may be attached to an enquiry or recorded through an analytics tool when one is configured. This helps LUMEN18 understand enquiry sources and does not change the quoted price.
How information is used
- answer enquiries and prepare verified quotations;
- develop CAD, record approvals and make the commissioned piece;
- arrange payment, QC, freight forwarding and aftercare;
- prevent fraud and keep necessary business records;
- measure website and campaign performance.
Sharing
Information is shared only as reasonably needed with service providers involved in communication, payment, production, grading, shipping, insurance, hosting or analytics. We do not publish a client’s identity, address, private reference images or order details without permission.
Retention and requests
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, order, aftercare, legal or accounting purpose. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email tongcheehui@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes.
