Product pages show design directions, not ready-stock offers. Images represent real LUMEN18 pieces, but diamond appearance, scale, exact dimensions and colour can vary with the approved specification and viewing conditions.

No order is formed by viewing a page or submitting the consultation form. A verified quotation identifies the selected stone specification, report availability, solid 18K gold configuration, dimensions, production scope, payment schedule and applicable delivery costs.

The client is responsible for checking the approved CAD, stone specification, dimensions, spelling, ring size or bracelet length, gold colour and other written choices. The 30% deposit authorises LUMEN18 to begin the approved custom work.

The payment schedule is 30% to confirm the custom order and 70% after final QC video approval and before dispatch. Payment receiving details are supplied on the confirmed invoice.

LUMEN18 does not sell ready stock. Custom and made-to-order jewelry is final sale except where a verified seller error causes the finished piece to differ materially from the approved CAD or written specification.

Shipping, insurance, duties, returns, resizing, warranty, stone-loss, repair and cleaning responsibilities are governed by the linked Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Custom Orders, and Warranty & Care policies.

LUMEN18 product photography, public product names, site copy and original design materials may not be republished commercially without permission. Client reference images are used privately to understand a brief and are not presented as LUMEN18-owned third-party designs.
