Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide delivery is available subject to carrier service, destination restrictions and the feasibility of insuring the shipment. We confirm the available route for the client’s country before dispatch.

Shipping and insurance costs are paid by the client. The cost is separate from the jewelry quotation unless the written quotation expressly states that it is included.

Insured service is selected where available. Any carrier or insurance limits will be stated before the client approves the delivery method.

The client may nominate a trusted freight-forwarding company and provide its receiving instructions. Alternatively, LUMEN18 will obtain a quotation from the freight forwarder we use and send it to the client for approval.

The selected forwarder’s written service terms apply to transit, insurance and claims.

The freight-forwarder quotation will state whether customs duties and import taxes are included. Unless those costs are expressly included in writing, they are paid by the client.

LUMEN18 does not describe a shipment as duty-paid unless the approved forwarder quotation confirms it.

Before dispatch, the client receives a final QC video. The remaining 70% balance and the approved delivery costs must be settled before the piece is released to the selected carrier or freight forwarder.

If a shipment is delayed, damaged or lost, contact LUMEN18 and the appointed forwarder promptly. Investigation and compensation follow the selected forwarder’s and insurer’s written terms. Keep the parcel, packaging and delivery evidence until the claim is resolved.
